Hari ni 26 September 2016, sesi ke 3 untuk meningkatkan fitness yang dibimbing professional trainers.. lebih 50  cadets turun.. murah jer..kita just bayar rm10 per session dan ia amat murah dan amat berkesan

Kali ini banyak pergerakan bahagian perut dan keatas.. goodbye lah kepada lemak lemak… 

Sesi ke-2 hari tu tak sempat ambil gambar.. sorry ya.
